AL Wild Card: Boston Red Sox
AL Champ: NY Yankees
NL East: New York Mets
NL Central: St. Louis Cardinals
NL West: LA Dodgers
NL Wild Card: Philadelphia Philies
NL Champ: LA Dodgers
